Fissure of Woe Speed Clear
Ok, I've had a search around and the most I could find on this was a (probably, not 100% sure) outdated PvX build. Maybe I'm not searching hard enough, but regardless:
Could someone please take the time to explain Fissure of Woe speed clear i.e. builds, routes, roles. It'd be much appreciated
or redirect me to a thread where I can learn about it if this one is a repeat (in which case I am sorry)

the pvx builds and explanation is pretty accurate. it just doesn't cover all subtle details that are learned through just practice ;-)

The builts for fowsc on pvx are a little outdated though the guild for the terras and main group are a good starting point for a new person. If you need more info and some updated builts fell free to visit www.guildwars-thcs.com/forum and look under the fowsc area of the forum

youtube.com, the video wiki. Sorry, but I'm not spending much time searching for all of the roles.

Speed Clear requires skill? When did that happen.
No but really, just go along as a Roj Monk, join a run, its all common sense.

RoJ is for people who cannot spike with cry of pain, the majority of the time when the damage groups sucks they will blame it on the main tank, and forget that even with the best tank if damage sucks the tank might as well be dead. And yes speed clears do require skill IF you want to do quick and fast runs

Okay Mr. Perma know-it-all, And if the main tank phails on his aggro setup, it is all the monks fault even before we start our spikes?
I see how the game is. Red Vs. Blue.

If the main tank, a term that I hate using be aide it implies that you will need a secondary one, fails at aggroing then yes it's his fault, though when I main tank for pug groups the majority ofthe time I have to keep reminding the monks or mes rojs to sync up thier spikes and target the monks or tell them to hang back while I gather and wall block or pull the group to a better spot if the group nukes in one clean spike with cry of pain then roj will have no time to do any damage if the group is roj base then the target monks should be dead along win most of the group save a few stragglers without the need of a snare skill such as grasping earth or caltrops. Remeber the main group is dependabt on both parts if damage sucks the tank can't really do much, if the tank sucks then damage can't really do mch than call t1 in my opinion since he doesn't have to cover as much ground and t2 can start preping tower after he is done with his job. If both damage and the tank sucks then god help you, raging would be better than spending 45+ minutes getting pissed at everybody in your group. The up side is that if both the tank and damage are expeirnace then the healer rarely has to do any healing other than the heal party the tank might need as he is gathering aggro with groups who have hundred blades warriors in them

hmm join a group is the best way to learn it.
get a conset and spam something like this:
First time RoJ LFG FoWSC I HAVE FREE CONS
now you will get a group beouse of the free cons, and they know its your first time so they will explain some stuff.
best is to get in an FoWSC/UWSC guild/allience with vent, becouse the speed clears are not that hard, doing them fast is hard.
and i mean <20 min FoWSC or UWSC, PuG that do that are rare

WTB Backup [Bu] problem solved. pugs are that bad.
More drama than a episode of "Two and a Half Men."
